Plastics repair kit?

So my scooter is getting fixed @ the repair shop, and the compartment for your wallet and what not, is broke and held up by duck-tap. I just need to fix the plastics lock cylinder, and was wondering where I would buy a kit for that. Thanks

You should be able to find everything you need at the local Ace Hardware. Here are some examples of plastic repair kits offered at their store:
