Ruby Skye is a perennial favourite for the night club crowd, though I've never been inside. Also, Harry Denton's Starlight Room at the Sir Frances Drake Hotel draws a crowd, but usually an older set. I like Bourbon and Branch, but I don't know if this qualifies as a night club or a bar. See below for a pic of the main bar. They also have a "library" in back.

Depends on your "scene" or taste in music. My favorite is The End Up cause its always open all night and has a great outdoor area, pool table, dance floor/sound system and diverse crowd. Its not too clubby (wont need dress shoes to get in) but still has the club feel. There are only 2 bathrooms though:(
