Westfield San Francisco Centre, a.k.a. Westfield Mall. I love this place, especially the swanky food court!

added-It located near 5th & Market, has entrances on Market St and below via muni/bart station. Besides the usual suspects, they have a decent food court, and Bistrol Farms, a gourmet grocery store.

Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center - good mall if you near Sunset/West Portal area. Beside the mall, they have a small food court (very small when compared to Wesfield), Apple Store, Trader Joes, and Borders.

Don't know if it necessarily counts but Metreon, it's described as "a state of the art technology and entertainment marketplace."

Crocker Galleria - Fine shopping and dining in San Francisco

It's not really a Mall, but has many shops, and some good food choices. If you ever near Montgomery & Post.
