I see a comment in the sidebar that "Votes displayed show only for original questions, even if there are total of 50 votes, so vote up both!" What does this mean? |

Ahh.. sorry about that confusing sentence. It should be easier to understand- I updated it Votes counters show votes only for original question, even if there are total of 50 votes among answers, so vote up both! It's just a reminder to vote up the original user's question, if you find it useful. If you answer the question, then protocol should be to vote it up, but again, always up to the users Actually, I would remove that item from the Tips box. I realize now what you're trying to explain, but I don't know if it's needed. Won't people understand from the site design alone that voting is separate for questions and answers? (If anything, the explaining should be done right below "Vote up Q&A's you find helpful")
