Craigslist. This is by far one of the largest sites for jobs in the City.

I would agree.. I was waiting for someone to add this. All the jobs while living in SF, have been found through craigslist

I just learned about anew local service, www.EfficiencyMatch.com

They take a more rounded approach to job placement, focusing on skill sets, not job titles.
