Prather Ranch at the Ferry Building or farmer's markets such as the Marin County Farmer's Market at the Civic Center Every Sunaay morning. Whatever meat you get or wherever, make sure it's local and organic!

Polarica - will have all your exotic meats, and game in San Francisco. Yelp reviews, and a PDF of their menu. They have lots to choose from: Kangaroo, furred game, ducks/geese, reptile, etc., etc. This place was recommended by Guerras.

Haight Street Produce just opened another building next door, which will sell quality grass fed meats. They also knocked out walls so you can access the produce as well as the new meat, chesse, etc, side.
