It's such an old movie, I don't know why I suddenly remembered it, but "George of the Jungle" is set in SF, and is a h-i-l-a-r-i-o-u-s movie. Recommended if you haven't watched it yet :)

Bullitt is an awesome movie set in San Francisco. If you go around town today many of the same features can be located, and it is interesting to see how much the city has (and hasn't) changed.
