Where can you find a meat co-op in the bay area?

Edit: More of a meat co-op of local farmers. Not a farmers market but more of a group of farmers that produce local meat and grab bags subscriptions.

The Bay Area Meat CSA

added: The Bay Area Meat CSA, a project of Slow Food Berkeley, is holding a fabulous, festive, collective-meat-buying and social-networking fête at Leo L. Cotella Produce. Come, buy a box of mixed cuts from two cows raised locally, talk to the ranchers who raised them and meet neighbors of yours who might want to go in on buying good, sustainable, happy meat with you in the future.

I think (not sure) Lunardi's is just that

Lunardi's [ Coops / health food stores ] offers both ORGANIC and CONVENTIONALLY GROWN PRODUCE. Our poultry is naturally and locally raised, free from steroids, hormones, antibiotics and chemicals. Lunardi's purchases our chickens from Sonoma County's Fulton Valley Ranch. Our turkeys come from the Diestel Ranch in the Sierra foothills. Lunardi's LAMB is naturally raised locally in Petaluma and Bodega Bay. Our lamb is free from growth hormones and steroids. Lunardi's has been one of the first in the industry to implement solar power as its primary lighting source.
