Aside from the ubiquitous Christmas celebrations taking place all over San Francisco, what are some other cultures doing? For instance, Chinese, Arab, Jewish. I know all of these cultures have their own holiday traditions, and I was just curious to know where else I might be able to see them.

I'm going to the Latke Ball at Ruby Skye tonight. Not an ethnic celebration, but ticket sales are a fundraiser for events in the local Jewish community. http://www.latkeball.com/

Well, I'm Lebanese and we celebrate Christmas like most. The Lebanese are Christian folk and are also called Arabs. In Ohio, when my close Orthodox-Jewish family lived across the street, they would invite me over for Hanukkah, which was always was a good experience.
