Julius' Castle?

I was in the Telegraph Hill section of San Francisco the other day, and I noticed this strange building at the end of Montgomery Street. It appeared to be a business, but it was closed. The sign says Julius' Castle. Anyone ever been to this place, or know anything about it?

Well it's located @ 1541 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94133, and the phone number is (415) 392-2222‎. Seems to be a high scale restaurant.
