Looking for a list of bars that are decorated in a certain way? I would say sport bars would not be in this list.

There's a place called Bourbon and Branch that has a 1920's prohibition theme. It's actually built above a former speakeasy. You need a password to get in, and you've got to make a reservation online to get the password for the day. The bartenders won't make a Cosmopolitan, and don't take any photos or they'll kick you out. If you want to get into the special back room where there's a second bar, ask your server to show you the library. They'll lead you back to a space that's standing room only and super happening. If the bar-backs aren't too busy they might take you downstairs to see the old speakeasy and tunnels that were used to run booze around the city. Expensive but strong drinks, a classy atmosphere, a great themed experience.

I've been to Bourbon and Branch several times. It is indeed an awesome place to sip libations.

beauty bar

I know of one themed bar that is utterly ridiculous. It is the Beauty Bar in the Mission. If the name didn't give it away, this place is like a beauty salon, except that they also serve drinks and spin ridiculous 80s pop music at night.
