Freshest and best coffee beans

Where can I get the tastiest and most recently roasted coffee beans in SF? Blue bottle? Ritual? Four Barrel? Who is the best for beans?

do they roast their own there? if so where do they get the beans? hopefully direct from the farmer or at least fair trade.....
